Coghill Cottages offers superior holiday accommodation, maintaining standards that you would expect in your own home. There is a full time manager on site ensuring that all amenities are clean and in good working order, gas bottles are filled and light bulbs replaced.

We also have a maintenance program that upgrades furniture and fittings on a regular basis. So, why stay in a concrete room when Coghill Cottages offers space, privacy and a pleasant garden setting. Room for cars, boats and space to entertain your friends around your own barbie.We have a sparkling in-ground pool and we are only a short stroll to the foreshore of Lake Mulwala where the swimming enclosure and pleasure boats are waiting to entertain you.

Coghill Cottages offers quiet comfortable year round accommodation at an affordable price for many different types of visitors. Singles, couples, families, sports groups can all be catered for. Coghill Cottages is located in a quiet residential street and is a great place for a restful break. It is not suitable for noisy parties or loud groups. Coghill is a great place for a quiet break, enquiries from golfers, anglers and other groups also welcome.

At the peak times of year - Christmas/New year, some school holidays and long weekends the units are often booked well in advance by larger groups but in the quieter times I can offer fully self-contained well appointed units at rates that are very competitive with Motels but offer much more space and many more facilities. For those of you who enjoy a walk the RSL club is about a 10 minute walk over the bridge in Mulawa. The Golf club is just behind that and the Water Ski club is about a 20 minute walk from Coghill Cottages. If you don't fancy the walk all clubs provide a courtesy bus service.

Yarrawonga is fortunate to have an excellent Tourist Information Centre oppsite that the IGA supermarket is at one end of Benella Street, a 5 minute walk from Coghill Cottages, Safeway supermarket is at the other end and over in Mulawa there is a Foodworks supermarket.

If you aren't into cooking all the clubs have restaurants, the RSL offers a very extensive menu and is open from 8am - 11pm, the other clubs also have excellent restaurant facilities, the clubs also have live entertainment several nights a week.

Yarrawonga has a several other restaurants including Italian, Thai and Chinese restaurants as well as several pubs which have Bistro type meals, on top of this their are numerous coffee shops and take-away establishments.

Yarrawonga is a great base for exploring other towns, i.e. the wine region of Rutherglen, Wangarrata - a nice trip for lunch and a movie. Corowa, Cobram, Tucomwal, Deneliquin, Bennalla, Shepparton, Albury/Wondonga are also an easy drive away.

If you are not a driver Yarrawonga is well served by the Country Link bus/train services. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from Coghill Cottages and I am happy to pick you up if you let me know beforehand what time you are going to arrive.

Once here you really don't need a car. Coghill cottages are a short walk from town, minutes from the lake front where the cruise boats leave for lunch and dinner cruises on beautiful Lake Mulalwa..
